Shipping & Returns

Same policies for every Narrak e-trike and e-bike.

Where do you ship? How long does delivery take?
Free shipping to all 48 contiguous US states from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse via FedEx Ground.
  • Order before 2:00 PM PST (Mon–Fri) → same-day processing when possible
  • Typical transit: 3–5 business days after ship
  • We do not ship to AK, HI, or US territories
Full details: Shipping Policy.
What is the 30-day return / home trial?
Ride at home for 30 days from delivery. Not the right fit? Contact us for an RMA before shipping anything back. A return label is provided when applicable; non-defective returns may include a restocking fee — see Return & Refund Policy. We designed this as your “test ride” because we don’t have nationwide dealer floors.
What’s covered by the 1-year warranty?
Manufacturing defects on frame, motor, battery/BMS, controller, display, charger, and factory-installed mechanical parts under normal use. Battery coverage: 1 year or 70% capacity, whichever comes first. Not covered: normal wear (tires, pads, chains), accidents, water submersion, modifications. Full terms: Warranty Policy.
Is financing available?
At checkout, eligible buyers may see Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, or Affirm depending on cart total and approval. See Financing for estimates.
Can I change my address or cancel after ordering?
Call (626) 328-6000 or email info@narrakebike.com immediately. If the order hasn’t left the warehouse, we can usually update or cancel free of charge. After ship, address changes may incur carrier fees.
How hard is assembly?
Most Narrak models ship about 95% pre-assembled. Typical time: 30–90 minutes. You’ll usually attach handlebars/pedals and adjust the seat. Heavier trikes (S180/N8) benefit from a second person. Model videos: Assembly & Manuals.
Can I ride in the rain?
Light rain / road spray is generally OK (many models are water-resistant, e.g. IPX5). Avoid heavy downpours, pressure washing, and submerging the battery or connectors. Dry contacts after wet rides and store indoors.

Electric Tricycle

N3 · N6 · S180 · N8 — rear differential on every model.

Which Narrak trike should I buy?
Match your #1 priority:
  • Senior comfort / back support / anti-tipN8 ($1,399)
  • Best value for errands & familyN6 ($689)
  • Must fold + full suspensionS180 ($1,180)
  • Lowest price, still want differentialN3 ($620)
Or use Find Your Trike · Compare all 4.
What is rear differential — do I need it?
A differential lets each rear wheel spin at different speeds in corners, reducing scrub and tip-feeling. All four Narrak trikes include it — especially helpful for neighborhood turns and senior riders. Most Lectric / budget trikes use a solid axle instead. How it works →
Is Narrak UL certified?
  • N6, S180, N8: UL2849 whole-system + UL2271 battery
  • N3: UL2271 battery (check PDP for latest system cert notes)
UL matters for home charging safety and many condo/HOA conversations.
N3 vs N6 — is the upgrade worth it?
For most buyers, yes. N6 adds 48V power (1100W peak vs 700W), UL2849, 20 MPH top speed, and a wider seat with backrest — for about $69 more. N3 fits tight budgets and shorter flat rides.
N8 vs S180 — both fold. Which one?
N8 if semi-recumbent comfort, anti-tip wheels, and senior stability are #1. S180 if full suspension and trail/campground comfort are #1. Both fold for storage / RV. N8 landing · S180 landing
What’s the weight / height fit on trikes?
  • Payload: N3/N6/N8 ~298 lb total (rider + cargo); S180 ~290 lb. N8 rear basket up to ~100 lb.
  • Height: N3/N6 typically 4'8"–5'8"; N8 ~4'10"–6'5". Shorter riders: ask support about a shorter seat post.
Need 400+ lb capacity? We’re honest — look at heavy-duty brands; you’ll often lose differential.
Are electric trikes safe for seniors?
Three wheels + electric assist are built for confidence. On N8, add semi-recumbent seating and anti-tip wheels. Start PAS 1 on flat ground; practice wide, slow turns. Safety guide · Senior hub
What class is my Narrak e-trike?
Designed for Class 2-style use (throttle + pedal assist, typically up to 20 MPH depending on model). Local rules vary — check your city/state laws and wear a helmet.
PAS vs throttle — what should seniors use?
Start with PAS level 1–2 on flat ground for predictable assist. Use throttle for starts or hills once comfortable. Practice in an empty lot first.
Clicking from the rear axle when turning?
Some riders notice a mild click on sharp turns as the differential works — that’s normal. If noise is loud, grinding, or paired with wheel play, stop riding and send a short video to support.
N8 vs Lectric XP Trike2 — why is Narrak cheaper?
Direct from LA warehouse, focused SKU line. N8 at $1,399 includes differential, semi-recumbent seat, anti-tip, and hydraulic brakes vs Lectric 750W often near $1,799 without differential. Full comparison →

M3 Electric Bike

Fat-tire dirt / street e-bike — 16×4.0 · 1100W peak · dual suspension.

What is the Narrak M3 best for?
The M3 is a compact 16×4.0 fat-tire e-bike with dual suspension for dirt paths, neighborhood streets, and light trail fun — not a three-wheel trike. Peak motor 1100W, top speed up to 28 MPH, range about 55–65 miles (conditions vary), rider capacity 290 lb, height about 5'3"–6'5".
Is the M3 UL certified?
Yes — UL2849 whole-system certification and UL2271 battery standards, so you can charge at home with more confidence.
M3 vs Electric Tricycle — which should I choose?
Choose an e-trike (N3/N6/S180/N8) if balance, senior stability, or cargo baskets matter most. Choose the M3 if you want a two-wheel fat-tire bike, higher top speed, and dual suspension for mixed terrain.
What is the max load of the M3?
Up to 290 lbs rider weight. Keep total load within that rating for braking and handling.
Does the M3 have full / dual suspension?
Yes — front and rear suspension help keep the tire planted on rough ground and reduce fatigue versus a hardtail.
Can I ride the M3 in the rain?
Rated IPX5 water-resistant — light rain is OK. Avoid heavy downpours or submerging the bike/battery.

Electric Folding Bike

S127 · S129 — foldable fat-tire e-bikes for apartments, RVs, and trunks.

Which folding e-bike should I buy?
S127 (and sibling S129) are folding fat-tire e-bikes: 20×4.0 tires, 1100W peak, up to 28 MPH, range about 55–65 miles, rider capacity ~280 lb, height ~5'2"–6'3". Need three-wheel stability that also folds? Look at S180 or N8 trikes instead.
How small does the S127 fold?
The folding frame packs down for apartment closets, car trunks, RVs, and under-desk storage. Exact folded dimensions are on the product page / manual — most buyers finish fold/unfold in under a minute after practice.
Is the S127 UL certified?
Yes — UL2849 system + UL2271 battery.
S127 vs S180 — folding bike or folding trike?
S127: two wheels, lighter (~63 lb), folds for transit/storage, higher top speed. S180: three wheels, full suspension, differential, better for riders who want stability over lean-to-turn balance.
What is the max load of the S127?
Up to 280 lbs rider weight.
Can I ride the folding e-bike in the rain?
IPX5 water-resistant — light rain OK. Avoid heavy rain and never submerge the battery.

Electric Mountain Bike

M301 — entry mountain-style e-bike for trails and neighborhood hills.

What is the Narrak M301 best for?
The M301 is an affordable mountain-style e-bike: 540W peak, 26" tires, front suspension, top speed about 20 MPH, range about 25–35 miles, rider capacity 290 lb, height ~5'2"–6'2". Great starter for light trails and hills — not a cargo/senior trike.
Is the M301 UL certified?
Yes — UL2849 system + UL2271 battery.
M301 vs M3 — which e-bike?
M301: lighter entry MTB feel, 26" tires, lower peak power/price, ~20 MPH. M3: 16×4 fat tires, dual suspension, stronger 1100W peak, higher top speed — more “dirt / street adventure.”
What is the max load of the M301?
Up to 290 lbs rider weight.
Does the M301 have full suspension?
The M301 has a front suspension fork (hardtail-style). For dual suspension on two wheels, see the M3. For full F&R on a trike, see S180.
Can I ride the M301 in the rain?
IPX5 water-resistant — light rain OK. Avoid heavy downpours and submerging connectors/battery.

Troubleshooting

Quick checks before you open a ticket.

Display won’t turn on
Check battery seated & locked, power switch on, charge level, and display connector. Many displays need a button hold (often the M button for a few seconds). Still dead after a full charge? Call support with model + order #.
Motor cuts out while riding
Common causes: low battery, loose connector, or thermal protection after a long climb. Stop, cool 10 minutes, reseat the battery, check charge %. If it repeats on a full battery, film a short clip for support.
Brakes feel weak
Mechanical discs often need a small cable adjustment after bedding-in. Hydraulic systems (e.g. S180/N8): contact support — don’t open brake lines yourself.
Range is shorter than expected
Range drops with hills, cold weather, high PAS/throttle, heavier riders, and low tire pressure. Use PAS 1–2 for max range; inflate tires; avoid full-throttle starts. Spec-page ranges assume ideal conditions.
Can I buy a replacement battery / display / charger?
Yes for many parts — contact support with your exact model + color + order number. We’ll confirm compatibility first. Non-approved chargers void battery warranty. Browse Equipments and Parts.
