Shipping policy

At Narrak E-Bike, we are committed to processing and delivering your order as efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and service areas.

Order Processing Time

Orders for electric bikes and tricycles placed before 2:00 PM PST are typically fulfilled the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on major holidays will be fulfilled on the next business day.

Orders for parts and accessories are processed within 2 business days after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
  • Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer ground shipping only.

  • Electric bikes and tricycles are shipped via FedEx Ground.
  • Smaller parts and accessories may be shipped via USPS Ground or Gofo Ground Service.

At this time, we do not offer expedited or express shipping options.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship only within the continental United States.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Continental United States

  • Electric bikes and tricycles: approximately 3–5 business days
  • Parts and accessories: approximately 3–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, remote delivery locations, peak seasons, or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States.

  • Shipping cost: Free
  • Eligible market: Continental United States only
  • Shipping method: Ground service only

There is no minimum purchase amount required for free shipping within the eligible shipping area.

Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Customs, Duties, and International Shipping

We do not ship outside the continental United States. Therefore, customs duties, import taxes, and international fees do not apply to orders placed through our website.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Narrak E-Bike is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
