At Narrak E-Bike, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Please review the policy below regarding order cancellations, returns, refunds, and price adjustments for purchases made through our official website.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@narrakebike.com or 626-328-6000.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has shipped. Sending a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped in time. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive confirmation from our team.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you must wait until it is delivered and then request a return in accordance with the return procedure below.
Please do not refuse delivery or send an item back without prior return authorization. Unauthorized returns or refused shipments may be delayed, lost in transit, or rejected by the warehouse, which may affect refund eligibility.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after the 30-day return period will not be approved.

Return Authorization Requirement
All returns must be approved by Narrak E-Bike before being sent back.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in acceptable condition and include all original contents.
For parts and accessories, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include all original components
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
For electric bikes and tricycles, returns are only accepted if the item does not show significant use or damage beyond normal inspection. Returns may be denied if the product shows signs of excessive riding or improper use, including but not limited to:
- Mud, dirt, or heavy dust
- Water exposure
- Abuse, misuse, or modification
- Missing original parts or accessories
- More than 30 miles of riding
Warranty-related issues must be reviewed first before a return is processed.
Restocking Fees
If a returned bike or tricycle is approved and is not defective or damaged upon arrival, a restocking fee of 15% of the order value may be deducted from the final refund.
For returned accessories, parts, or other eligible items, restocking fees may apply depending on the type, condition, and return reason.
If a returned item shows clear signs of use, depreciation, missing contents, or damage not caused during original delivery, additional deductions $80 may apply.
Outer Packaging Damage
Damage to the outer shipping carton does not automatically mean the product itself is damaged.
Because carrier handling is outside our control, we cannot guarantee that the exterior packaging will arrive in perfect condition. Customers should inspect the item itself upon delivery. If the outer box is damaged, we recommend taking photos immediately and reporting the issue to both the carrier and our customer service team as soon as possible.
If the product itself is not defective and a return is requested, applicable restocking fees may still apply based on the condition of the returned item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide assistance.

Accessories and Replacement Parts
Accessories and replacement parts purchased from Narrak E-Bike may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened where applicable, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
Returned accessories or replacement parts that show wear, installation marks, damage, dirt, missing packaging, or other signs of use may not be accepted.
Restocking fees may apply to approved returns of accessories and replacement parts.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law or approved by Narrak E-Bike in exceptional warranty-related cases:
- Used products beyond acceptable return condition
- Batteries
- Gift cards
- Insurance or protection-related charges
- Non-physical or virtual products
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers or third parties
- Products damaged by improper use, neglect, or other customer-caused factors
- Built and delivered service fees, where applicable
Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our warehouse.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the final refund amount may be reduced by applicable charges, including but not limited to:
- Restocking fees
- Original delivery-related fees
- Signature service fees
- Product depreciation due to use or condition
Once a refund is issued, your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. Processing times vary by financial institution.
If your original payment card has expired, you may still need to work with your card issuer to recover the refunded amount.
Refund Request Timing
Refund requests related to eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
All sales of virtual or non-physical products are final and non-refundable.
Price Match Policy
Our price match policy applies only to electric bikes and tricycles purchased through our official website.
Price match requests must meet all of the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be the same model and same color
- The lower price must be offered directly by Narrak E-Bike on the same sales channel
- The request must relate to the original purchase only
Price match does not apply to:
- Accessories
- Spare parts
- Virtual or non-physical products
- Flash sales
- Limited-time promotional events
- Combined discounts or stacked coupon scenarios
Only one price match adjustment may be granted per eligible order. Discount codes are non-stackable, and only one discount code may be used per order.
