Q: 2. Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or overseas? How much is shipping?

We ship complete bikes free to the Lower 48 (FedEx Ground, typically 3–5 business days). We do not ship to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses.

Q: 3. Is there a car-style reverse gear?

No. There is no automotive reverse. You’ll get a slow walk / assist mode (~1 mph) for controlled pushing — not a powered reverse gear.
