What's rear differential and do I need it?
Yes — especially for neighborhood turns and senior riders. A differential lets each rear wheel spin at different speeds in corners, reducing scrub and tip feel. All four Narrak models include it. Most Lectric and budget trikes do not. Full explanation.
N3 vs N6 — is the extra $69 worth it?
For most buyers, yes. N6 adds 48V power (1100W peak vs 700W), UL2849 whole-bike certification, 20 MPH top speed, and wider seat with backrest. N3 fits tight budgets and shorter flat rides.
N8 vs S180 — both fold. Which one?
N8 if semi-recumbent comfort, anti-tip, and senior stability are #1.
S180 if full suspension and weekend trail comfort are #1.
How does N8 compare to Lectric or Meet One?

Where do you ship?
Free shipping to all 48 contiguous US states. Ships from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse via FedEx Ground. Typical transit: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Is financing available?

Assembly & first ride
How hard is assembly?
All models ship ~95% pre-assembled. Typical time: 30–60 minutes. You'll attach handlebars, pedals, and adjust the seat. S180/N8 are heavier (~110–124 lb) — a second person helps.

First ride checklist for seniors
- Charge battery fully (4–6 hours first charge)
- Inflate all three tires to spec
- Test brakes before leaving driveway
- Start PAS level 1 on flat ground
- Practice slow wide turns — feel the differential
- N8: adjust backrest and use parking brake on slopes
Using your trike day to day
PAS vs throttle — which should seniors use?
Start with PAS level 1–2 for predictable assist. Throttle is fine for starts or hills once comfortable. No torque sensor on Narrak — simpler, less "surgey" for many older riders.
What's the weight limit?
Rider + cargo: 298 lb (N3, N6, N8), 290 lb (S180). N8 rear basket alone: up to 100 lb.
Can I ride in rain?
N8 is IPX5 — light rain OK. Avoid heavy downpours and never submerge. Dry contacts after wet rides.
How do I maximize battery life?
Store indoors, charge in dry area, avoid leaving on charger indefinitely. Use included charger only.
What is Walking Mode? (S180)
Moves ~1.9 MPH while you walk beside the trike — useful for garages and tight storage.
Troubleshooting
Display won't turn on
Check battery connection, power switch, charge level. Retry after full charge. Still dead? Call (626) 328-6000 with order # and model.
Motor cuts out
Often low battery, loose connector, or thermal protection after long climb. Stop, cool 10 min, check battery %.
Brakes feel weak
N3/N6: mechanical discs may need cable adjustment after bedding in. S180/N8 hydraulic: contact support — do not open brake lines yourself.
Trike pulls to one side
Equal tire pressure on all three wheels. Check axle nuts tight. Uneven pavement can cause pull — test on flat lot.
