FAQ
What is the commission rate?
You start at 5% commission on referred sales. As your approved referral sales grow, you can move up automatically: 8% (Growth) and 10% (Elite). Your audience coupon stays 5% off. Attribution uses a 30-day cookie window in UpPromote.
Who qualifies for the program?
Anyone with a genuine audience or content channel is welcome to apply. Fraud, chargebacks, brand-bid trademark abuse, or behavior that violates our store policies can lead to removal.
Is self-referral allowed?
No. Orders placed with your own affiliate link or coupon do not earn commission. Buying through another affiliate's link also does not pay you.
When are commissions paid?
Commissions are held for a return/dispute window (typically about 30 days after the order), then available for payout per your UpPromote settings (PayPal / bank methods as configured).
What can I promote?
E-trikes, folding models, accessories, and parts listed on narrak-ebike.com — unless a SKU is marked excluded in your program rules. Prefer product pages (S180, N8, S127) over Contact Us.
How do I log in to UpPromote?
Use the email we registered for your affiliate account. Default password is Narrakebike — sign in at UpPromote login, then change your password in Settings. Do not share the password publicly.
Where do I get brand photos and logos?
See the Brand materials section on this page for official product and lifestyle images. Inside UpPromote, also check Marketing Tools after we publish assets to the Media Gallery.
