What is the commission rate?

Affiliates earn 5% commission on referred sales. Your audience can also use your unique code for a 5% discount. Attribution uses a 30-day cookie window.

Who qualifies for the program?

Anyone with a genuine audience or content channel is welcome to apply. Fraud, chargebacks, brand-bid trademark abuse, or behavior that violates our store policies can lead to removal.

Is self-referral allowed?

No. Orders placed with your own affiliate link or coupon do not earn commission. Buying through another affiliate's link also does not pay you.

When are commissions paid?

Commissions are held for a return/dispute window (typically about 30 days after the order), then available for payout per your UpPromote settings (PayPal / bank methods as configured).

What can I promote?

E-trikes, folding models, accessories, and parts listed on narrak-ebike.com - unless a SKU is marked excluded in your program rules.

How do I see reports?

After approval, log into your UpPromote affiliate dashboard for earnings, orders, link performance, and payment history.
