Every Narrak e-trike and e-bike includes a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This page explains what that covers — and how optional protection plans work when they are offered at checkout.

Included: 1-year limited warranty

Included at no extra fee with qualifying new Narrak purchases from narrak-ebike.com — 12 months from the original purchase date on covered components under normal use.

Typically covered

Frame structure, motor, battery/BMS (subject to capacity rules), controller, display, charger, and other factory electrical parts when the defect is manufacturing-related.

Battery rule of thumb

Batteries are covered for 1 year or until about 70% of original capacity, whichever comes first. Gradual capacity loss from normal riding is not a manufacturing defect.

Not covered

Wear items (tires, brake pads, chains, etc.), accidents, water damage, abuse, missing maintenance, and unauthorized modifications.

How to claim

Email info@narrakebike.com with order #, model, and clear photos/video. We typically review claims within about 10 business days.

Optional protection plans at checkout

Some orders may show an optional product-protection / extended-coverage offer at checkout (third-party administered). Availability depends on the product, cart total, and which apps/providers are enabled in store checkout at that time.

Important: Narrak’s own included coverage is the 1-year limited warranty above. Optional checkout plans — when shown — are sold and administered by the provider named on the checkout offer. Read that provider’s terms before you add them. If you do not see an offer, your purchase still includes the standard Narrak warranty.
  • Look for any protection add-on on the product page or final checkout step.
  • Compare what the plan covers vs. our manufacturer warranty (accidental damage, longer terms, etc. vary by provider).
  • Questions about a purchased plan go to the plan provider; defect claims under Narrak’s warranty still go to Narrak support.
