UL Certification
UL marks are independent safety certifications for e-bike electrical systems and lithium battery packs. Narrak invests in UL2849 / UL2271 on key models so you can verify what is behind the wiring — not just marketing claims.
What the certificates cover

Why it matters for riders
Less guesswork at home
Charging and battery systems are where many e-bike fires start. UL2849 / UL2271 testing is about system-level safety — not a fashion badge.
Apartment & HOA conversations
Some buildings and storage rules ask for certified electrical systems. Having UL callouts on the listing makes those conversations easier.
Insurance & local rules
Requirements vary by city and insurer. UL marks do not replace local rules — they give you clearer documentation to show if asked.
Still ride responsibly
Use the included charger, avoid damaged packs, and follow assembly/manual steps. Certification does not cover misuse or modified wiring.
