Q: 2. Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or overseas? How much is shipping?

We ship complete bikes free to the Lower 48 (FedEx Ground, typically 3–5 business days). We do not ship to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses.

Q: 3. Is there a car-style reverse gear?

No. There is no automotive reverse. You’ll get a slow walk / assist mode (~1 mph) for controlled pushing — not a powered reverse gear.

Most trikes include front/rear baskets and lights — confirm on the latest product page. Folded dimensions aren’t a fixed site spec yet (ask support for S180). We don’t offer child seats or rear passenger seats.

Yes — every Narrak e-trike (N3, N6, S180, N8) uses a rear differential for smoother, more stable turns. Pick the model that fits your height/use, then open that product page.
