Universal first-time checklist

Use this on every model before your first road ride.

  1. Charge the battery fully (usually 4–6 hours) while you assemble.
  2. Install / straighten handlebars and tighten stem / clamp to spec.
  3. Install pedals — left = reverse thread (counter-clockwise to tighten).
  4. Attach front wheel if shipped separate; verify QR lever or axle nuts.
  5. Set seat height — leg almost extended at bottom of the pedal stroke.
  6. Inflate tires to the PSI printed on the sidewall / manual.
  7. Spin each wheel and test brakes (lever feel before leave driveway).
  8. Power on display; confirm PAS levels and throttle respond in PAS 1.
  9. First ride: empty parking lot, PAS 1, 10 minutes, no heavy cargo yet.
First-week plan: Days 1–3 stay on flat routes · Days 4–7 add gentle hills and a loaded basket · Week 2 = your real grocery route (still inside the 30-day trial window — see Returns).

E-trikes

N3 — lightest adult e-trike Official video

~30–45 min 1 person OK ~95% pre-assembled Mechanical disc brakes
  1. Unpack front basket hardware and handlebar assembly.
  2. Secure handlebars with the included tools; keep bars square to the front wheel.
  3. Install pedals and front reflectors.
  4. Mount / seat the comfort foam seat; check both baskets.
  5. Bed brake pads with gentle stops for the first ~20 miles.

N6 — best-seller utility trike

~30–45 min 1 person OK ~95% pre-assembled UL2849 · dual disc

Setup closely matches N3 with a wider seat/backrest and 48V system. Use the N3 video above for the physical steps, then finish with the N6-specific checks below.

  1. Complete the universal checklist (bars, pedals, tires, brakes).
  2. Adjust backrest angle for upright grocery riding before you leave the driveway.
  3. Verify front & rear basket bolts are snug — bounce-test the rear rack gently.
  4. Photograph the UL2849 label on the frame for your records / insurance.
  5. Confirm PAS + throttle on the 48V display; start in PAS 1 with empty baskets.

S180 — folding full-suspension e-trike Official video

~45–60 min 2 people recommended ~90% pre-assembled Hydraulic brakes · fold
  1. Two-person lift out of the carton — unit weight is high.
  2. Install handlebars, pedals, and any detached fenders exactly as shown in the video.
  3. Do not overtighten suspension linkage bolts.
  4. Practice one full fold / unfold in the garage before a road ride.
  5. Test Walking Mode (~1.9 MPH) in the driveway; verify all three hydraulic levers.

N8 — senior semi-recumbent flagship

~45–60 min 2 people recommended ~95% pre-assembled Anti-tip · 3 hydraulics

Take extra time on seat rail, backrest, and anti-tip hardware — comfort and tip resistance depend on setup, not just motor power.

  1. Two-person unpack; keep the frame on level ground.
  2. Install handlebars / pedals; set butterfly bar angle so wrists stay relaxed (not elevated).
  3. Verify anti-tip outrigger wheels are fully installed and free to rotate.
  4. Slide the semi-recumbent seat rail and backrest to a comfortable starting position before the first ride.
  5. On a gentle slope, test the three hydraulic brakes and the parking brake hold.
  6. Week 1 tip: ride ~10 minutes daily and micro-adjust the seat — small changes matter for back comfort.

E-bikes

M301 — lightweight mountain-style e-bike

~30–45 min 1 person OK 36V removable battery Entry MTB geometry
  1. Install handlebars, pedals, and front wheel (if detached).
  2. Align the seat post and tighten the clamp — check after first 10 miles.
  3. Charge the 36V battery fully; confirm display power-on.

  5. Brake test before any downhill section.

S127 — folding fat-tire e-bike

~35–50 min Fold hinge critical 48V 13Ah Step-over / thru options

Core steps match other Narrak folders. Treat the fold latch like a safety part — never ride with a partially locked hinge.

  1. Unfold the frame on level ground; lock the folding buckle / QR until it clicks solid.
  2. Install bars and pedals; re-check the fold latch before the first ride.
  3. Seat the removable 48V battery; charge fully during assembly.
  4. Inflate 20″×4.0 tires; test brakes and PAS 1 in a parking lot.
  5. Practice one fold/unfold for car trunk or closet storage.

S129 — folding fat-tire e-bike (sibling to S127)

~35–50 min Same assemble flow as S127 48V system
  1. Follow the S127 sequence above — unfold & lock hinge first.
  2. Confirm your color / battery plug type matches the packing list (3-pin vs single-pin accessories).
  3. Finish with the universal checklist, then a short PAS 1 parking-lot loop.
