Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing our electric bicycles. We stand behind the quality of our products and provide a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the original date of purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

For 12 months from the purchase date, we will repair or replace (at our sole discretion) any component determined to be defective under normal use and proper maintenance.
Covered Components:
  • Frame (structural integrity)
  • Electric motor
  • Battery and battery management system (BMS)
  • Controller and wiring harness
  • Display unit
  • Charger
  • Factory-installed mechanical components (fork, handlebar, seat post, etc.)
Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and will be functionally equivalent.

2. Battery Policy

  • Batteries are covered for one (1) year or until reaching 70% of original capacity, whichever occurs first.
  • Gradual capacity loss from normal use is not considered a defect.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, cables, grips, freewheels)
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint fading, decals)
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • Water damage due to submersion or pressure washing
  • Unauthorized modifications or non-approved parts
  • Improper assembly or lack of maintenance
  • Commercial, rental, or fleet use (unless approved in writing)
  • Shipping damage reported more than 7 days after delivery

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Provide:
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
  • Bike serial number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the defect
We will respond within 10 business days with instructions.

5. Repair or Replacement

We may:
  • Ship replacement parts
  • Authorize repair at a local service provider
  • Request return of the product for inspection
Labor costs not pre-approved in writing are not reimbursable.
Any replacement does not extend the original warranty period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or income.
Our total liability will not exceed the original purchase price.

7. Non-Transferable

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

8. Legal Rights

This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may have additional rights depending on your state or country.
