At Narrak E-Bike, we are committed to processing and delivering your order as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding order processing, delivery timeframes, shipping methods, and service areas.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received.

Please note:

  • Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day

  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time

Shipping Methods

We currently offer ground shipping only.

  • Electric bikes and tricycles are shipped via FedEx Ground

  • Smaller parts and accessories may be shipped via USPS Ground or Gofo Ground Service

At this time, we do not offer expedited or express shipping options.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship only within the continental United States.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • Guam

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Continental United States

  • Electric bikes and tricycles: approximately 2–7 business days

  • Parts and accessories: approximately 3–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, remote delivery locations, peak seasons, or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States.

  • Shipping cost: Free

  • Eligible market: continental U.S. only

  • Shipping method: ground service only

There is no minimum purchase amount required for free shipping within the eligible shipping area.

Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Customs, Duties, and International Shipping

We do not ship outside the United States continental market. Therefore, customs duties, import taxes, and international fees do not apply to orders placed through our website.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Narrak E-Bike is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
