Financing FAQ
Which payment options will I see at checkout?
Eligible orders may show Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, and/or Affirm alongside cards and Shop Pay. What’s offered depends on your cart total, address, and the provider’s eligibility check.
Is interest always 0%?
No. Some plans may be interest-free for a short term; others include interest. Always read the APR and total payment on the provider’s screen before confirming.
Can I finance accessories with a bike or trike?
Usually yes if they’re in the same order — but limits and eligibility are set by the financing provider, not Narrak. Large carts sometimes unlock more options.
What if I’m denied by one provider?
Try another option shown at checkout (e.g. Shop Pay vs. Affirm), pay with a card, or contact us at (626) 328-6000 if you need help choosing a lower-priced model like N3 / N6 / M301.
Does financing change shipping or warranty?
No. Once the order is paid / approved, shipping and warranty work the same as a full pay order — LA warehouse → FedEx, and our 1-year warranty applies to covered defects.
