30-day return window — ride it at home first
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Contact us for authorization before you ship anything back — unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
How to start a return
Email info@narrakebike.com or call (626) 328-6000 with your order number and [RETURN REQUEST] in the subject. We’ll send return instructions and, when applicable, a return label.
What we check
Trikes/e-bikes should not show significant use or damage beyond normal inspection. Returns may be denied for heavy mud/dust, water exposure, abuse, missing parts, modifications, or more than about 30 miles of riding. Accessories generally need to be unused in original packaging.
A 15% restocking fee may be deducted from non-defective bike/trike refunds. Refunds post after the warehouse receives and inspects the return. Full details: Return & Refund Policy.
UL safety — certified systems you can verify
UL certifications are not required to sell e-bikes everywhere in the US — they are a real investment. Narrak builds key models to these standards so you are not guessing about the electrical system.

Rear differential — standard on every Narrak e-trike
A differential lets each rear wheel spin at a different speed in corners. That reduces tire scrub and the tippy feel many riders notice on solid-axle trikes — especially in parking lots and cul-de-sacs.

1-year limited warranty
We stand behind manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from purchase on covered components (frame structure, motor, battery/BMS, controller, display, charger, and key factory parts under normal use).
Battery policy
Covered for 1 year or until ~70% capacity, whichever comes first. Gradual capacity loss from normal use is not a defect.
How to claim
Email order #, model, and clear photos/video. We typically review warranty claims within about 10 business days.

Is the 30-day trial really free?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return authorization. We’ll guide the process and provide a return label when applicable. Non-defective bike/trike returns may include a 15% restocking fee, and condition limits apply (see Return Policy). Defective / damaged cases are reviewed separately.
Which models are UL2849?
Key models including N6, S180, N8, M3, and M301 carry UL2849 system certification with UL2271 batteries. Confirm on the product page for your exact SKU.
Do I pay for shipping to me?
No for free ground shipping to the 48 contiguous US states from our LA warehouse. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories via this free program.
What if the box arrives damaged?
Photograph the outer carton, label, and any product damage before assembly. Contact us (and the carrier if prompted) within 7 days so we can help with parts or next steps.
Can I finance?
Eligible checkouts may show Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, or Affirm. Approvals are handled by those providers. See Financing.
