Love the new addition

Great battery life, speed acceleration is great. Durable on and off the pavement. Easy to assemble. Easy to fold and move around to store or take in vehicle. Bought for husband and now in process of purchasing another one for myself. My adult son wants to purchase as well. Delivery was quick and very responsive if any questions or concerns. Love the bright color on the orange. Great to take out and enjoy the weather or a trail. Great price for the design, functions, and durability.

Wonderful bike. Super reliable. I use it everyday for work for the last 9 months. Very comfortable. Very strong speed. I highly recommend this bike. Battery is super powerful it last me for two days on a 20 mile round trip from work to home.

Great bike

I've had this bike for about 40 miles now. I have not folded it to lift it into the back of a car or anything like that, but it does seem to weigh about 60 lb. I do like the great big size of the tires. The seat is comfortable. I keep it on a pass1 which is basically just barely starting to pedal and you can engage the throttle for an easy takeoff. The speed does reach for me at 185 lb 190, about 29 mph. The digital display works very well and is informative. The instructions are well spelled out and easy to follow when changing settings within it. Changing the gears is easy to do with the Shimano gear changer. I did add a couple of add-ons like a mirror and a phone clamp plus a rear seat bag for a bottle of water and a lock. Oh, and I added a speaker pill for the neck of my handlebars. I can't attest to how long the battery holds out because I only go for maybe 10 or 15 mi and back home and most of that is being pedaled by myself so I'm not actually using most of the battery. The one upgrade I would consider or making better is the rear brake. It seems to not be as a quick of a stop as you would like. Being that you can reach 30 miles an hour. You definitely have to use both of the brakes to come to a very quick stop. while squeezing on the rear it seems to take you quite a few feet before you actually stop. Overall, it offers everything that I need in a bike and it's quite enjoyable when I ride it. I did actually get in touch with customer service at one point because during the shipping the rear brake light cracked and they did ship me out another one free.
I wouldn't hesitate on buying another one.

Awesome fast bike

This bike comes 99 percent assembled, just take out of the box and unfold. It's so fast and easy to learn to drive. I got a dog trailer for it and it pulls it like nothing. Great bike

Great folding e bike

Came as described. Needed a nice folding bike. This appears to be one of the nicer and bigger of the folding bikes available.
Only getting up to 23mph top speed but that's good enough I suppose. Peddle assist is fairly smooth.. Rides nicely. Fun little ride

An ebike to provide pedal assist and fun time too

I had been looking for a way to exercise more with a knee injury. Figured an ebike with pedal assist would be worth trying with a hope of reduced pain from knee conditions. It has served well with that in mind.

I researched a lot for this ebike. Looking for something mid-range priced, folding bike for smaller trunks, didn't weigh a ridiculous amount, had battery to support decent range and power, and had to look cool (at least to me.) I also had to check for regulations and such to what is allowed in my state, local trails, or wherever I wanted to ride this. Most midwest states have similar restrictions for up to 1000W motor, 20mph top speed, and must support pedal assist. Please do your own research too :-)

The assembly after the ebike arrives is not complex but is a lot of cutting of zip ties and plastic unwrap. Note one of my pics was all the trash from unboxing. Other customer videos cover that well. Note that the final steps of assembling the bike aren't far off from what it takes to fold and unfold the bike for travel. I have packed this up for trips to state parks and vacation recently, works very well and takes up as much space mid-size suitcase.

Work through the instruction manual as it quite helpful. As it ships, it is limited to what my research shows as fitting in most ebike guidelines. That said, you can change the performance and such from the menus to enable use in states that offer more spirited use. On level streets with settings maxed I can consistently get 28mph. Generally though, I ride on PAS3 which hits 20mph with pedal assist which keeps me legit and my knee in good health.

Great eBike

I have had this Narrak eBike about 3 weeks. I've got another eBike so I have something to compare this one to. Where to begin? I love this bike. I started out looking for a folding ebike and came across this on Amazon. The reviews on Amazon were excellent and the price is super affordable so I went for it. I had one immediate upgrade I wanted to do and that had to do with the gearing. I was ghost pedaling at PAS 3 and even some in PAS 2. I don't like that "clown pedaling" feeling. So I did some research and ended up getting a 48T front chain ring. The Narrak comes with a 40T front chain ring which is quite small. The rear flywheel is a Shamano 14-28T which I have kept the same. Just going to a larger front ring has made the gearing much nicer. I have no ghost pedaling up to about 18 mph and can pedal in PAS 4 to get that. I thought about upgrading the rear flywheel to an 11-28T which would give me better pedaling at the highest speeds PAS 4-5. However, that would come at a cost of higher gearing in the mid range. And I like my mid range where it is now and love the low range too. I ride in some hilly, mountainous areas and this bike gets me up and down like a pro. I like to pedal myself but will use throttle on challenging areas. I don't know if ebikers realize that when you do some pedaling your battery lasts way longer than if your are at full speed throttle the entire ride. That is not my style and I am getting good mileage on the battery so far. Not sure yet how far I can go but this bike is not that hard to ride at 0 PAS so I feel I could always get home on it. I think it's going to get around 45 miles on a charge if I push it that far. I put some Flat Out in the tires and that's another key I used on my other bike. Gotta have it. Stuff lasts the life of the tire. The ride is very smooth and balanced. The 4x20" tires are great. I have 4x26 on my other bike and like the wide tires. I can ride Narrak with no hands which shows that it is well balanced bike. That's another important thing for me. It makes the ride like a super glide. I also really like the size of this bike. My other bike is really tall. I'm 5'8" and this bike is so easy for me to get on and off. The adjustable seat has springs and works well. And I did fold the bike up and put it in my car and it fit in the back. Pretty cool feature. I also have a rack which is what I use most of the time but it's good to know you can make this bike into small bike. So there you have it. I'm an experienced eBiker, and mountain biker and this bike lets me go where I want to go. Happy trails all!

Im beyond impressed with its performance and quality!

I recently purchased the NARRAK Fat Tire Folding Electric Bike, and Im beyond impressed with its performance and quality. From the moment I unpacked it, I could tell that this bike was built with attention to detail and durability in mind AND was VERY easy to assemble. I loved the sleek and stylish design.

One of the standout features is the removable battery, which offers plenty of power for long rides. Ive taken it on multiple trips, and the battery life holds up remarkably well. Even on hilly terrain, the 1100W peak brushless motor delivers incredible power and speed, allowing me to hit up to 28 mph effortlessly. Its perfect for commuting, weekend adventures, or just getting out and exploring.

The fat tires and suspension system make for a smooth and stable ride, even over rough or uneven surfaces. I also love how easy it is to fold and store, which is ideal for apartment living or taking it on the go. The LCD is bright and easy to read, giving me all the essential info at a glance.

Overall, the NARRAK electric bike has exceeded my expectations. Its powerful, comfortable, and incredibly versatile, making it a perfect option for both casual riders and those looking for a more rugged, off-road experience. Highly recommend!

Narrak defines customer service

This is my second Narrak bike in 8 months, I refuse to consider another brand. Easy to build out of the box and the build is aesthetic. I went into the pedal assist settings and managed to make my charger or the throttle function at all. I called Hank from customer service and he sounded like he had just awaken. Regardless, his goal was to troubleshoot this issue and he facetimed me through the proper steps to adjust my settings. This is about the 7th issue Hank has been able to bail me out of since purchasing my first bike earlier this year. The bike is durable, affordable, and sexy. What else could you want? I've been hit by a car, fell multiple times at high speed, and can keep up with most cars on streets in my neighborhood.

Solid design

I have been looking at the e bikes for a little while. Looking at Amazon I noticed this one was pretty highly rated, and the price seemed to go be true. I unboxed it this afternoon charged up the battery put it together, which was extremely easy, everything fit together perfectly and the packing was amazing. I took it out for a break and run on some really hilly terrain tonight, and it was impressive! Definitely performs, feels, and looks like a bike costing three times as much. Im extremely impressed so far. I went 20 miles and the battery never went down one bar. I was using some pedal assist, but that was still impressive not to move the needle on the battery. Another thing that surprised me is how easy it was to pedal it just like a normal bike and how well it would coast. Lastly, I was looking for something that would fold up and keep in my SUV and this fit the bill.

The only negative is that the little stick on battery indicator cover on the top of battery flew off on the first ride, but I will see if I can get them to send me another one

If anythings like the first day, this is going to be a lot of fun and a great purchase.

This thing is amazing!

I'm a 57 y/o man, 5'9" & 250lbs. Very out of shape and don't much care for exercising but I have always enjoyed bicycling and being outdoors. Riding my regular bike takes a lot out of me so I don't enjoy it as much or for very long rides. This ebike changes everything!
As other reviews have stated, it was packaged very well, however ther was a broken bracket on the bottom of the frame when I unboxed it (see pic). I think this bracket was to protect the bikes wiring on the bottom when folded. It doesn't affect the functionality or structural integrity of the bike so I decided to just accept it as is. Getting it unboxed and cutting all of the packaging materials off took some time (lots of plastic wire ties... be careful not to cut any of the bikes wires!), but assembly was pretty quick and easy.
I'm a truck driver and bought this folding bike thinking that I could throw it up in the passenger seat and take it with me, but even folded up, it's still pretty bulky and heavy, so not sure yet how easy it will be to take with me.
This is the 1st ebike that I've ever owned so don't have anything to compare it to but so far I love it!
Battery arrived fully charged so once I got everything adjusted and tightened down, I put about 7 miles on it just peddling around my neighborhood and getting used to it.
Keeping original factory settings, I was able to get over 20mph on throttle only.
The shifter is smooth and I tended to keep it in 7th gear and PAS3 which made for a brisk pace for peddling and maintained around 14mph.
I wish it had options for a larger front sprocket because in PAS4 & 5 you've got to be peddling like a fool to keep up with it!
My first real ride, I did about 18 miles on some pretty easy country roads (gravel & paved) with minor grades. I mostly kept it in PAS3, bumping it to 4 or 5 or using throttle only to boost me up some hills. I averaged around 14mph and at the end of the ride, I felt like I had gotten a decent workout without killing myself. It is very comfortable and I love the range of adjustments that can be made to the handlebars & seat. I only lost 1 bar on the battery meter so I expect pretty good range.
So far, I am very pleased with this purchase and look forward to many miles.

Quite a Value

Did a lot of research and chose this one. I love the bike and the price is good.

What I love:
The power is just right. It climbs hills effortlessly.
The folding, it is so easy to fold and transport. The pedals even fold up.
The display, is easy to read.
The tires, this bike is great on single track dirt trails.
The style, I feel like it turns heads just cruising around.
The weight, which is even lighter without the battery and the seat.
The horn, very audible.
Overall build quality is excellent.
The gears, smooth and very accommodating.
68" length lets it go on Catalina Express ferries.

Cons:
Range is overstated, if you weigh more than 200 pounds expect 30 miles with substantial pedaling.
The seat clamp, seat slides unless clamp is so tight I am concerned I will break it.
The battery needs the seat removed hence why I worry about over-tightening the seat clamp tension.
Headlamp could be a little brighter and wider coverage.
A couple of rattly sounds and noises.
Not sure about back cushion since it has a low weight capacity, no one can sit on it and I plan to use a storage pouch instead.
Would like to see better reflectors, night viz not as safe as could be.

I enthusiastically recommend this bike.

NARRAK E-BIKE IS AMAZING

The Narrak is a surprisingly high quality and affordable e-bike with a lot of pros, and just three minor cons.
PROS:
1. Aluminum frame with good quality welds.
2. Lots of adjustment for both the handlebar and seat height.
3. Solid steel fenders.
4. Rear rack with removable seat cushion good for 55 lb maximum weight. Would work well for carrying a small child, dog, bike bag or even attaching a crate to carry lots of goods or groceries.
5. The black and white LCD display is crisp and clear and easy to read even in bright sunlight.
6. The handlebar controls are all easy to use including the Shimano 7 speed gear shifter, the power/mode selector and the brake levers (which also cut power to the motor).
7. The Shimano derailleur works flawlessly.
8. The kickstand is sturdy and easy - unlike many other unstable kickstands on many regular and e-bikes.
9. Quality pedals that fold flat for saving space when the bike is being stored or moved. Pedaling this E-Bike with no power assist is surprisingly easy!
10. Both the front and rear lights are adequate, and the electric horn is loud enough to get people's attention.
11. The bike is a looker and will draw admiring attention, receiving many smiles and thumbs up.
CONS:
1. Like all fat tire e-bikes, this bike is heavy and awkward to both fold and load into a vehicle. Its a little lighter if you remove the battery which adds 9 lbs to this 63 lb. bike (total with battery 72 lbs.).
2. The front, spring loaded shocks are very rudimentary and provide maybe 1 travel so they dont help much to make the ride more comfortable, especially off-roading.
3. The cable actuated disc brakes are just adequate and a bit noisy.
CONCLUSION: The Narrak E-Bike is a surprisingly high-quality item considering its comparatively low (pre-tariff) price of around $650. It should meet most people's needs for tooling around town on paved roads and bike paths.

Had for several months so far

Easy to assemble, quality seems decent so far. They all have similar controllers, shifters, pedals, motors. Weighs around 65 lbs. Large hills put a big dent in your battery travel time. Quality seems good overall happy. Wish I would have looked at the tire size.. the 4.5" tires are bigger than I wanted.. would be happier with the 3" tires
